Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
All Mortavox items are made to order through our production partner (Printify). Because each item is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Changed mind

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Color/fit preference

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item (showing the issue)

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Wrong or Incomplete Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll correct it.

Address Issues / Returned to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it returns, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–10 business days to post the refund.
